They're CRAZY weak to blunt damage. Use literally anything with blunt damage and they crumple. Also if you have a 100% physical block shield theyre even easier.

I have been power stancing the whole game. I just put a shield on, killed the first one and killed the other two. God this game is so much easier with a shield what the fuck was I doing.
Why is it the bosses have gotten insanely easy after facing these sentinels? I made it to some big castle with elephant guards on the bridge. Did I almost finish the game?

Kill the first one before dropping down. Use weapon buffs or blunt damage. Once it's down to two of them only attack when you can see both on your screen at the same time. Be patient. Ruin Sentinels is a test of patience

You should hit those bosses, especially the primal ones.
You also need to do the tree of the giants quests as well before moving on to the undead keep. Which is what comes after drangleic castle, aldias keep, and dragon shrine.did you pick up the ring of blades+2? Absolutely essential to you. Have you crafted a boss soul weapon yet, upgraded all your gear? If not you have days of play time ahead of you. If you decide not to and plan to ng+ your gonna have a bad time.

ADP basically translates into how many invincibility frames your rolls have. When you level it you level up AGL. I know for it to be equal to dark souls 1 you need 105 AGL, i think that's 32 ADP, but I believe you can get by with less than that just fine
