These are random people working on this.

It's not even "Project M". It's individuals working on the characters, and uploading them for everyone to use.

They're also almost done with the Smash EX mod, which lets you add more character slots to the roster instead of just replacing characters from the original game.

Everythings on github, but I'm sure there are plenty of backups everywhere.
