So this app must be built based on the PS Vita remote play app, considering 540p is roughly similar to the resolution used in PSV streaming. The 720p cap makes me wonder if that's because output is being recorded first before being transmitted to PC, since the max resolution for video recording on PS4 is 720p after all.
