Good games that were forgotten to time.
>tfw reviewers at the time complained about the battle animations being slow when you can fucking turn them off
While I'm at it, Second Sight. I remember Judgement Day said you can't pick up enemies while they're alive (which you unlock as an ability like 3 levels in) and another reviewer complained about not being able to skip the tutorial (which you can). Mid 2000s game journalism was honestly worse than today's, at least they get called out on their bullshit more often.

I fucking LOVED this game. Me and my friend went crazy on 2 player mode. It was our go to game when we got bored of time splitters. Man, this game really needed a sequel.

N-Space is dead and NoA probably doesn't give two shits about the IP
Sure, the voice acting was terrible (in English, at least), but most people who played this game loved it and wish for a sequel.

That game that had a "mechanic" that was just a "find what specific object you have to possess to get to the next shitty shooting section"?
Fuck that.

I remember reading about this in Nintendo Power and thinking how cool of an idea it was. Never saw it in the store though.

It got a bit FPS heavy near the end, the game really shined when it came to possessing shit and solving little puzzles
This is neat
>This was to be a contruction worker on a Permanant coffee break, part of the story of Geist, the Nintendo GameCube game that I worked on. I built and designed Phantom's storage room lockdown area and various other odds and ends. (including the imfamous dog food bowl), yes you can BE the dog food!
>This guy's story is that he and 2 other Ghosts died while hoisting a huge statue onto Volk's Mother's stair case. You, as Raimi would have to get rid of them and not be pulled into talks of Labor unions and how the coffee is never good anymore. They would then assemble as a team and attack you astrally, or attack your host. The team (an end boss) was to be the very same sculpture that killed them. I got pulled off the team around that time, and went to work on KUMAWars. Some of my Idea made it into the game, but I was really new to n-space at the time, so I'm honored that it may have gotten into the final game, albiet Subliminally.

great point and click

Fuck, the co-op part was fucking fun. I remember I had 3 friends over and we played the gamemode where one person was the ghost and had to possess the others into killing themselves on random objects— all while the other three have to survive and work together.
Geist was supposed to be so much more, but they toned it down a ton before release.

Like what?

I fucking dropped this game when you get thrown into a computer simulation, and you had to do like, at least 3 different scenarios that were long, and if you lost you had to start over, and the farthest one I got to was when you are just shooting people in a building and are handicapped somehow
Was it hard, or just I sucked?
The ironic "remember me"

>Phil wants to bring it back

Often forgotten among fighters but I picked it up out a bargain bin for $5 and it was pretty fucking good
