To be honest, i'd recommend just waiting for the monthly sale, and picking out stuff that looks fun. That's what i do. The deals are pretty amazeballs, especially if you want psp/ps1 shit.

Psp games will go on for prices like 1-3bucks. Usually 2-5 or so vita games will go down to around 5-10 bucks depending. Newer games sometimes get down around 15.
I think i got ayesha for around 12 bucks and it's normally 40.

To add more detail. During flash sales that happen once a month, you might get PS1 games for $1~. Atlus games go on sale regularly for about 50% off, mostly useful for their PSP titles. IFI deep discounts their Neps for around $6 and MonMon for $3 every once in awhile.

Tales of Hearts R. Localization is a bit silly because they've made half of the cast into psychopaths. It helps if you pretend you are playing it's always sunny in Philadelphia: the rpg.

I don't think it's anywhere near the BEST Tales game, but it's the best handheld Tales game, and it's on par with Xillia and Xillia 2 for most satisfying combat system.

It's not amazing, but it's hella fun. Actually difficult to solo stuff, and you've got a good variety of quick and interesting combos for every class. Really responsive, fun traversal, interesting enemies and world. I prefer it over many similar games like Monster Hunter + Soul Sacrifice. Closer to Phantasy Star Online, Phantasy Star Online 2.
