RAY is about 20-25 meters tall and it was barely more than a dot when Raiden threw it.
Also lighter materials or not, the fact is that RAY is twice as tall as REX so even if made of materials half of the weight, square-cube law ensures that it'd be about 4 times as massive.
So about 2200 tons.
Let's say Raiden threw this thing to 110 meters
GPE = m*h*g = 2200000*110*9.81 = 2.374 GJ
Not that great compared to Raiden's more beastly feats (or what we can scale to him via EXCELSUS' instant hole-carving feat which required tactical nuke level energies).
