Am I the only one who kind of liked the tank controls? It gave some nice weight to the movement and while it was slower, it was more deliberate. I say the old games are still worth playing nowadays.
Still haven't gotten the courage to play Angel of Darkness though. Just trying to run around in the alley made me physically ill because the controls were such utter trash.

I don't care for tank controls, even with fixed camera angles there's been a bunch of games - ObsCure, Cold Fear - that managed them without.

The ending climax is climbing up a fucking tower. Not even a particularly dangerous or long tower.

IIRC they nuked the combat options that Legend and Anniversary had in favour of bland as fuck third-person shooting but it's been a while.
