You can tweak the difficulty by messing with your level to change your HP and by choosing combat difficulty. Just enjoy the game and don't worry too much.

Fuck that secret boss. I mean I know its a secret boss but fuck that was ridiculous.
3x as much HP as the final boss, and with HUGE damage and defence. That shit took forever to kill even on easy.

Final Boss has 15000 HP, Secret Boss has 25000.

It's about gitting gud at grinding. I can beat him in under a minute, even without the Darklit planets set. Try using the Approaching Eden set to beat him easily.
