DeS -> BB -> DaS
and I would rate them like this:
BB > DeS > DaS

I'd agree that Dark Souls 2 was overhyped and ended up being nowhere near as good as Dark Souls 1, but I'm not sure I can say the same about Bloodborne. A year ago I maybe would have agreed with you, but after giving it a chance it's actually pretty good. I bought it at launch and just couldn't get into it. After Dark Souls 2 I had convinced myself it was gonna be another shit show. I played a couple hours and didn't touch it again until about a week ago. It's not that bad. I'm just about done with it. Have maybe 4-5 bosses left(that includes Gehrman and Moon Presence). It's much better than Dark Souls 2, though I'd still rank Dark Souls 1 better than it. As for Dark Souls 3, that's still to be seen. I won't judge it until I've got the game in my hands and I've had a chance to play it.

Builds felt more meaningfully different in DS1
Armor meant something more than fashion, while in BB you just pick what you like the look of, save maybe one or two spots where having a certain set helps a little.
I think the music in DS1 is a bit better, and prefer the more dark fantasy setting as opposed to the victorian/ayylmao setting.
And counting the DLCs BB has more bosses I liked where the bosses in DS1 I liked, I liked a whole lot more. The fight with Gerhman being the only fight that comes close to the Artorias fight.
BB at least doesn't have a bed of chaos though.

I generally only get dlc if it's packaged with the game, which was the case when I bought Dark Souls and Bloodborne while I got DS2 at launch.
