It's better than 3 and has a few nice gimmicks. But the real reason to play this one is for the best soundtrack in the series.
You will need to have played ciel nosurge to make the game even remotely understandable. They really botched this one by splitting the story into a jp only vita game and the later half into a ps3 game. Not even the recently released NA vita version has the ciel segments in it.
Oh well, I guess they wanted to bury this series for good.
