Not much gameplay, mostly just driving around with cinematics.
Game looks stunning as always, but gameplay underneath is predictably dull.
The way I evaluate games is to imagine it with no story and with PS1 graphics, and think whether it would still be fun to play.
I will post this in every thread that claims GOTY and remind them that they are wrong.

Ps1 graphics fair enough but story is still a fairly big part of almost every video game that has come out in the last decade. You can't just dismiss a games story and base everything solely on gameplay.

I disagree completely, this is an extremely controversial opinion you have but I believe that videogames have done story incorrectly in the past decade.
It has been known that you can express a narrative through gameplay, but games with stories for the past decade have resorted to expressing them through cinematics instead. This is lazy and doesn't take advantage of the medium.
In addition to that, games that are fun can be praised for having deep, complex gameplay. They might not have a story, but that ultimately doesn't matter as the effort was still put forth to make a fun game.
That being said, while not every game needs a story, most games would benefit greatly simply by having a narrative that is expressed through gameplay, because it gives the game more direction and more direction = greater emotional input from the player.

If I plan on playing the game I don't want it spoiled for me. And I don't mean just story, but spoilers of a particular level, section, aspect of gameplay, etc

I played nearly the entirety of Uncharted 1 and that alone convinced me never to touch another one of these garbage games again. Solving a puzzle a time or two can be neat but the sheer amount of incredibly lifeless and bland gunplay gets real fucking old, real fucking fast.
These games are movies in disguise. A game should be judged just like how the other guy said. Pretend there's shitty graphics and no story. Is the gameplay fun? Then it's worth playing through.

Uncharted 1 is an experimental game while Uncharted 2 is the highest point of the series with refined gameplay, amazing story and characters. But whatever man, if you're the kind of guy who thinks that stories don't matter and gameplay is everything, do whatever you want. Go back to dwarf fortress or whatever floats your boat.
