No, it's fully working as intended. Magic/faith has no softcap now, like Arcane in BB
You're supposed to continually level it anywhere from 70-99, so you are forced to make actual sacrifices to your build if you're sticking to a SL meta, eliminating the overpowered melee / spell hybrid builds

Deprived is one of the worst classes for min/maxing though, is it not? All your stats start out at 10. That doesn't seem like it would be good for mix maxing specific stats.
