Update your armor mate, wear a whole set for armor skills. Rath Soul armor from slaughtering some Azure Rathalos is excellent all-around for Blademasters at that stage, and so is 'Double Gore' where you use low/high rank Gore Magala armor parts for Handicraft and Spirit. GS users are an exception since they're more dependent on other armor skills, Stiggy Ziggy and Lagiacrus (via Wycoon trade) armors have FastCharge on them which is probably the most important.
Shouldn't really need Rarity 7 armors considering it's not far off from G-Rank, though Kushala Daora armor for GS isn't so bad.Doing all those egg quests unlocks something special
