1) PS4: Strongest console, good but few exclusives, third party support
2) XB1: Not as strong as PS4, good exclusives, third party support
3) Wii U: Cheap, arguably most diverse and best range of exclusives, no third party support
From a PC gamer's perspective:
1) Wii U: Cheap, great exclusives
2) PS4: Some solid exclusives
3) XB1: If you really badly want to play Halo 5 or Sunset Overdrive
