i don't play any of the GOW games so i don't know the answer to this. does anyone else in the entire series die a more painful and gruesome death than this? the space in between the gear and the ground was somewhere around a 3rd of the width of her head. with her hands chained to the gear like that, i imagine her hands and arms were the first to go through that space. it would be painful to have the arms pushed through that space but not enough to split the skin open and spill blood i think. maybe crack the elbow bones. but the moment her head came to that point. it would have cracked her skull and split open her head for the brains to come out. at this point she would be dead. but the pain.. my god.. then as though death is not enough. depending upon the angle of her head when its crushed, her head would crack along her ears, her eyeballs pushed and smooshed into her skull with the rest of her face. Or, her head would split along the back of her head and center of her face. her eyeballs pushed out of her skull and then smooshed. her teeth would've collapsed from out of her gums. as the gear keeps pulling, next her rib cage would be broken, the skin splitting open and the organs spilling out and smooshed. her breasts would split open and spill out the contents and get smooshed. her spine, her abdomen, her hip bones, the thighs would split open and the muscles would spill out and be smooshed as well.
