Jak 2 was edgey but it did it well and was fun as fuck. Jak 3 just became shit.

There's no debate over this, Jak's multiple moves are much more efficient against ennemies than Ratchet's three hit wrench combo
You can totally beat Jak II using no weapons unless you are obligated to. It's nearly impossible to do that on a Ratchet & Clank game.

Only in 2 because the wrench upgrade was whack. In 1 enemies could die easily to the wrench, and in 3 and later, the wrench's damage upgrades with your nanotech.

For those looking for some fun, I recommend to OP run of Jak 3

>All weapons unlocked from the start
>unlimited ammo and eco
As long as you avoid spamming heals, Jak 3 is now more about being stylish using different weapons and eco attacks to make cool looking attacks rather than just using what you have at the time.
Is it easier? Depends if you can refrain from spamming Super Nova and instead get creative.
