I find it impressive how they'll always have their latest OS not compatible with everything in the past, even though they implement 'compatibility modes' and the such
fortunately I can use virtual OSs to play older games, and I would (and did) trade playing Killer Instinct for the inconvenience to play those older games (point being, I can play everything in the end)
still, they're not implementing full compatibility with past software but most people don't care, so they can get away with it

10 and vista were the first ones to have that problem. There were some games and even drivers that didn't work with 8, but only a few. There was no difference between 8 and 8.1. 7 had better support for older games than vista. The only incompetent one here is you since you're the only one who outright denies reality.
