>finally completely understand the weapon upgrades in dark souls 1 and 2
>3 comes out
Anyone else over it? I can't be fucked learning more shit.

But that's part of the fun.
It should have just kept the same system from the first game.
>sorry bro, you heal with titanite shards now!

It used to be but just when u get anything decent reddit will whinge and apparently FROM read reddit and there will be weekly nerfs like in dks2 to the point where an un-upgraded club is as good as max spells.
>can't figure out the system for improving weapons
The game literally tells you exactly what you need and what the upgrades/infusions do for it
Was it hard to learn DS2's complex upgrade system?

Jeez, who pissed in your cheerios this morning?
i have to admit, what i didn't understand is - why does a weapon with infusions have a lower dps than a normal +10 weapon? what's the point of infusing? it just makes a weapon worse unless it has a base stat (such as fire or poison)

It used to, then you didn't notice your game got patched. Your weapon was '2gud'.

so the patched version of DS2 has ruined so far:
Miracles/Sorceries/Hexes are borderline useless.
Weapon infusions don't work as intended
i loved ds2 equally as DeS and DS1 but seriously stop patching shit just because there are so many whiny cunts. i already have a bad feeling that the Nameless King boss from DS3 will be nerfed so fucking hard.
