Eh. EH. Debatable. It looks and plays fine. If it was a 3D title, and ran at 30fps; that would be atrocious.
That said, the aesthetics are pretty solid even at the higher resolutions.

No, it is not an opinion. It was developer's decision solely, not based on any technical imitations of our era and as a customer he lost I'm telling this was a bad decision.
