I like it.

My one has blue lights. Is there a different name for the different versions?
>>
>>332664350
I think the leds are adjustable no?
>>
>>332664571
You can't change the colour I don't think.
>>
>>332664805
>>332664571
Well I think there's an RGB version.
>>
I don't have the rgb version, I have the regular blue-lit one because it was on sale a few weeks ago. Very comfortable, great button positioning, the scroll wheel has two modes, click scrolling and smooth wheel scrolling. Also weights. I love it, you
probably will too.
>>
>>332664038
I've been using it since the beginning of this year. Bought their new keyboard and headset too.

The mouse is dope as fuck, I recommend you try add all the weights at once, feels comfy as fuck when you get used to it.
If you're planning to go full Logitech like I did I recommend you buy the new version that lets you change the color. It's only 10 bux more.

10/10, dank mouse

Very comfy and responsive, perfect for the average hand size.

Can you guys vouch for the cheaper models like the G300s or the G302? I'm looking to buy a keyboard first before a mouse

All you will ever need is a steelseries rival.
>>
>>332666775
Rival is also cheaper than a Logitech G502 with 20% off.

They replaced the proteus core with proteus spectrum on their catalog.

have logitech stopped using shitty clickers made from garbage materials? I remember I had a g5 mouse that lasted about 6 months before the clicker stopped working, turns out they use a piece of copper that when you click it flattens and finishes the circuit, well that permanently flattened at some point and my mouse decided to stop working.

ive been using a steelseries sensei raw mouse and the biggest problem with that has been the scroll wheel is fucking up, i looked online and its a common problem that can be fixed by putting pressure with pliers in a few locations.
>>
>>332666775
If you play any type of competitive game, I'd second this mouse.
>>
How anybody likes the Logitech design I have no idea.

All of their shit looks so stupid with the unnecessary angles.

is good

Tried it, loved sensor, didn't liked the shape. Got Zowie EC-1 instead. It's perfect.
>>
>>332667798
That doesn't look like it has enough grip on the sides.

I can't accept that with the amount of FPS's I play.

It's the same shape as DeathAddeder / IME 3.0. Literally. And the only glossy things are side buttons. It has more than enough grip.

Using a g300s right now, it's a solid mouse. Best you can buy for the price absolutely.

The sensor is very accurate even on it's max dpi of 2500, no noticeable jigger or angle snapping. Extra buttons are nice, two on each side of the mouse buttons, honestly would have preferred two by my thumb so they could be articulated while still having my fingers on LMB and RMB but it's a small concern.

The two more buttons on the top of the mouse I use for DPI switching between custom points (500, 1000, 1500, 2500) and switching settings modes which can also change the color. So you could have the LEDs show blue when you're in the "MMO settings" mode (that you set up custom) then hit the button and it switches to the next mode, perhaps "FPS settings" and gold LEDs.

My gf had a Steelseries and that experience turned me off of them for life, the mouse sucked. Started double clicking within a few months and we never got it to work properly again.

I ordered the G502 Spectrum, thanks for all the posts!
>>
g502 is probably the best mouse on the market
>>
>>332668605
(OP here again) I have something of a mix between a claw and fingertip grip and this mouse was not comfy to hold at all, I tried it today. How do your hold your mouse?
>>
G502 has serious design faults. You'll never be able to click middle mouse button without also clicking scroll left or right. You will eventually break down the switch in the left mouse button and it'll start sticking/popping constantly. You'll also get random misscrolls where you scroll the wheel a notch and it never registers.

Amazing sensor wasted on a shitty chassis that is uncomfortable and paired with shitty buttons.
>>
>>332664038
/v/ is filled to the brim with shills, though.
>>
>>332668854
they have the g303/302 for that grip. different mouse. is small.
>>
>>332668854
i use mix between fingertip and palm. It's not long enough for it to rest fully in my palm with my fingers still appropriately placed, so I just place it as far as it can go into my palm with my finger tips still able to press the buttons comfortably.

>>332668709
I had a g100s that started double clicking after a year, I warrantied it, Logitech paid for shipping both ways and sent me a g300s back.
>>
>>332668709
Good choice Anon!
Enjoy your mouse
>>
>>332668953
>You'll never be able to click middle mouse button without also clicking scroll left or right.

if your fingers are hams maybe, i use the 502 and have zero issue doing exactly that.
>>
>>332670669

Alright Mr Skeleton finger, you're sitting there trying it out while browsing /v/, focusing on the action itself. Try it in a game setting where you're focused on something else and not pushing a button a certain way. Report back to me when the job is complete and don't lie.
>>
>>332670820
Has it been 3 years since purchase? Warranty your mouse.
>>
had one, lmb broke after three months

got it replaced for free, same shit happened. i'm pretty much done with logitech. picked up a zowie ec2-a and i'm lovin' it tm.
>>
>>332670957
I've not heard great things about zowie customer service. They're a small company so I understand why, they probably can't afford to hire a whole customer service department but it makes me wary.

I've heard good things about their mice though, so I feel like if you buy a zowie, buy it with the expectation of little customer support.
>>
I use the RGB version of OPs mouse.
Pretty comfy and I like that you can change the weight of the mouse
>>
>>332664038
the g502 is my favorite mouse, without question the best i have ever owned. never had any kind of problem with it, had it for about 2 years now. i got mine for 30 shekels from someone on craigslist

It's fantastic.

Logitech has been great on me when it comes to customer service and warranty so Im not really afraid of having any trouble with this
