I've never survived watching a single loop, (furthermore like I said, I intend to add more). But it took about 30-50 minutes while the game is minimized for it to reach the halfway point, in-game time of 4 months if memory serves.
I'd say the track would be about 200 metres across on the longest row, so just do the math.
