Hannibal's motivations aren't a mystery at all, the whole point of his character is that he's incredibly intelligent but a mixture of childhood trauma andtwisted fuckingpsychopathy pushes him to extreme hedonism. He's somewhere between mid and high by that lists own reasoning.
