Guys, i tried so hard to like this game. So hard.
It sounds so god damn cool, and i know it's an amazing game, but i just couldn't get into it. I beat the first day but man was it sloooooow.
Should i give it another try? Isn't there a remake coming out?

you really need to have the certain kind of mood and attitude to play this game. If you go in expecting fast action or nonstop spooks, you will be hugely disappointed.
Pathologic is one of those "slow burn" kind of games, that can also end up being very "high reward" if you're into this kind of atmospheric experiences. No two players ever experience this game exactly the same, since every choice and action effects every single thing in this game.
There is both HD remaster AND a full-blown remake in the works.

So, "Definitely-Maybe" guy, if you read this, I was that anon who recommended you that book in a kickstarter thread, and I saw your messages in the /v/ archive the day later, but wasn't that because you and two other anons wanted to make the ultimate "Lets Play Pathologic", like the Void one, made by Cannibal9K?
Its really slow but it also starts to be real fun after day 2.
I had to start over 3 times before I could get into it. Just dont play if you dont want but always remember pathologic as the game you always wanted to play a bit more or even finish.
There is just nothing like it
