There are mods that are similar for Arma 3 but they're not exactly the same. There's Breaking Point and Desolation for DayZ-like survival gameplay and then there's Epoch and Exile for the base building/weapon hording gameplay, but there isn't really any that meld the two, maybe Exile since there's versions of it that add zombies.
