A bath tub is usually 40 gallons, guessing vita memory cards are a little larger than pennies you can at the very LEAST fit in 5000 vita memory cards in a gallon. Multiply that by 40 you get 200000, and then times 100 for the price and it comes out to....

That depends on the method of piracy friend.
People weren't downloading games straight to their DS systems, there were flashcarts, thats why things like the DSi happened and what some games became region locked near the end of the DS life span, though all it took was some new versions of existing flashcarts or some new firmware to get over that. On the flip side, no one was manufacturing UMDs but Sony, so their memory cards were the only way to do piracy.
The 3DS actually offered alternatives to piracy with the expanded memory size and being able to play DS+DSi games, it is just taking people longer to crack/work around the 3DS antipiracy for 3DS flashcarts to continuously work properly, so the best method has become to CFW and download to SD cards.

You could probably fit way more micro SD cards in a bath tub but for comparisons sake lets say you used 200000 of those too.
