I'm getting pretty disenfranchised by PC gaming. This isn't a false flag post or a troll post. I've been primarily playing on PC since 2011 and I feel like I've never gotten anything I've been promised. I've never been able to play a game at 1080p and 60fps on all max settings. Even recently I bought a Gtx 970 for $300 and I still can't play Street Fighter 5, or Fallout 4 at all max settings and 60 fps.

There might be stuff that is hindering his game.

Most of the great games on PC are a fucking decade old and you're lucky if you can run them in widescreen.

What did you expect? You bought a mid tier card with a piddling 3.5 gbs of vram and expected to max videogames.
Next time save & get a flagship graphics card if you want to consistently max games.
I've been a pc gamer since before I could read. I spent $1000 2 years ago to build a new pc, and so far all I've done with it is play shitty mmos and emulate ps2 games.

I have a AMD 7970 with 2gb of ram and I played fallout 4 at 60fps. Either you're lying, shit posting, dumb, or all three

What CPU do you have? there is probably a bottleneck going on.
I'm playing FO4 on a gaming laptop with a 975M and I can max it.
So you clearly have a shitty motherboard or CPU

Don't lewd Akigumo
Well, yes, gaming has been shit, but you still occasionally get a few titles that are worth playing.
