when doing it online, players have separate drop instances. So it'll drop different instances of ammo for both players.
When playing on couch it won't do this and you will both constantly run out of ammo, making for a terrible experience.

You kidding? My cousin and I had an amazing time with the whole game. Managing inventory n all that reminded me of the other games in the series instead of the pure action game it became. Running low on ammo and facing near death kinda brought the survival horror back to the table.

Why are we always comparing the quality of the games as a reflection of how much they follow and advance the story or stay true to the originals over how FUN they are. These are video games after all, not a series of novels. Who gives a fuck anymore about the RE storyline, thing had a premise that would never be able to be fulfilled realistically and it was always going to go down this path.

It really isn't. Me and my friend were miserable for most of the entire playthrough. Barring the first hour or two when the Michael Bay shit the game was pulling was still so stupid it was funny and making fun of things like Ada Wong's Barbie Car

Ok anon let me explain what Capcom did.
First the game came out with GFWL.
Then GFWL died and Capcom vowed to take it out of RE5.
RE5 gold edition came out as an upgrade for RE5 and also Capcom took out GFWL.
GFWL was an integral part of the programing it would seem and some randoms had issues with it and also people cried they couldn't import their saves to the new version.
Capcom put in a save converter fucking up the game even worse than before.
Capcom under pressure from a few fucks on the steam forums put back GFWL because they bitched about their saves and that the game didn't work.
After taking it out then putting it back in the entire game fell into an error that could not be worked around other than re-installing GFWL.
GFWL will not allow you to log in and because of that the game was basically munted to no end.
Capcoms team was moved onto other projects Capcom said, basically at that point they literally gave up on trying to fix their fuck ups.
A random on steam put up a cracked .exe and a bypass for the GFWL shit.
With that crack and bypass people could play RE5 again but fuck all people play it because they cant press play and have it work so they say fuck it and never play it.
Just get the ps4 it cant be as fucked as the pc version.

Yesterday I put my original GFWL key in to Steam, downloaded the game without issue, booted the game up and imported my GFWL save by signing in to GFWL without issue.
And there's at least three people on my friends list that bought the game this sale and they seem to be playing just fine, I can see them unlocking Steam achievements right now.
