For one, the frog never stays frozen for more than a month or two, and the second part is rather major, its body can produce and sort cryoprotectants at the microscopic level, something we could only theoretically do with nanomachines

The quicker something freezes the smaller the ice crystals, technically if one could freeze the brain very very quickly there would be no significant damage.
