Well first let's go over this. For reference, I'm going to compare Arkham Knight Batman with Big Boss in his prime. Both can get supply drops, but neither can call for backup. The location is a metropolitan city neither have been to. As both are used to urban environments, this seems like a fair terrain.
We'll start with the obvious differences, their technology and gear. Big Boss has access to a wide variety of military firearms, often highly customized and can call in a supply drop should he run low. He can also call in numerous military vehicles, including the D-walker which can provide an excellent boost in mobility and firepower while not being much larger than a man. He also makes good use of camouflage, and should we allow Octocamo, he has a way to counter Batman's detective vision. Snake, like Batman, also carries a large array of gadgets, including inflatable decoys, cigarettes, land mines, sleep gas mines, and various grenades.
Batman has a state of the art body armor that can survive short bursts of small arms fire, also equipped with a built in glider. He carries batarangs, a grapnel gun, explosives, a remote hacking device, and freeze grenades off the top of my head. He actually doesn't have as varied equipment as Snake, but it's to the point. The Batmobile is a combination supercar and giant fucking tank. It outclasses any military vehicle Snake could pilot, which is why it's important that OP fucking clarify whether it's to the death. For fuck's sake, OP. Even Snake goes on nonlethal runs, you gotta clarify this shit.

Both are physically in their prime; both have gone through extensive training and have good body builds. A green Snake mentions that he was "rusty" after being in the Green Berets, and by all means he is an expert at any skill related to stealth, combat, and survival. CQC is an efficient series of grapples utilizing chokeholds and precise strikes and/or spin kicks.
Batman's received extensive martial arts training. In some versions, he's mastered over a hundred martial arts because holy shit, and honestly anything he pulls off during the combat sections is way beyond anything Snake's done. However, if he were in a chokehold with a knife to his throat I suppose he'd be quite vulnerable.
This also means we need to know how much intel they have about the other. Snake won't have too many surprises for Batman unless he pulls out Zeke or something, but Snake needs to become aware of Batman's body armor, its weak areas, and the Batmobile's capabilities.

I suppose both contestants in this matter will push to see who gets the edge in stealth. In that case, whoever gets the jump is more likely to win. I suspect they'll try and keep it to an indoor urban area, where they'll each creep around, setting up booby traps and trying to ambush one another.
If it comes to a matter of fisticuffs, I'd give the edge to Batman because karate bullshit.
If it comes to vehicular combat, it would be the Batmobile vs some kind of Metal Gear. In this case, I may actually give the edge to the Metal Gear.
Overall, I think Batman has the edge in tech and hand to hand combat, which is why I'd say it comes to matters of stealth. There are scenarios where Snake would win, but it would be more difficult for him.

Are we assuming Batman still follows his no-kill rule? If so, then that prevents him from using certain tactics that would prove beneficial in a fight against someone like Snake, Venom or Big Boss. Not only that, but if we're talking Venom, as your picture would suggest, then we have to take into account the possibility of Venom being able to use Diamond Dogs do his advantage. Overall, it would be a pretty fair fight in terms of sheer physical strength and ability, with Venom reportedly being just as good, if not better than Big Boss. In reality though, Batman would probably get shot pretty early on and either be fatally wounded or forced to retreat. It would certainly be interesting if Venom fultoned him back to Mother Base.
