I'm poor as fuck and will be poor for months, I'll only be able to get two games for a while and one of them is going to be Dark Souls 3, but I'm not sure what the next one should be.
If anyone has played any of these could you help me make my decision?
I'm pretty excited for Trillion, but the lack of buzz about it kind of has me worried, and I've been hearing good things about Senren Kagura and Cold Steel.

Senran is pure fanservice and won't last a week.
Trails of Cold Steel is handheld trash.
Trillion is handheld trash and an Idea Factory game, making it doubly worthless.

EV probably plays the worst out of the whole series. And SKs gameplay is "average" at best.
I only know about Cold Steel and SK
If you need them to last a while, Cold Steel.

The Idea Factory and Compile Heart logos on Trillion have me worried but I heard it was made by the old Disgaea Devs, is that true?

Honestly, the best PS4 game to come out recently is Salt and Sanctuary, though if you're dead-set on getting Dark Souls 3 it might be a bit redundant, since it's just a 2D ripoff of Souls with some Castlevania elements.
How is Aegis of Earth?

Yeah, unfortunately the 2D plane limits the variety in move lists between different weapons, and there aren't a whole lot of alternate paths you can take. Not as much replay value, but darting around as a quick motherfucker with a giant pair of scissors and a mask with a drawn-on smile in a Souls-esque game

The only game I've played to do this right has been ZHP, Guided fate paradox was boring and the only good Mystery dungeon games are pokemon and even then only a few of them are worth it.

It's only a timed exclusive, and it'll be out on Steam and Xbox soon. I think I heard them saying next month or something, but it's not too long a wait.
Only problem is that Dark Souls 3 will already be out by then, which will steal a lot of its luster. I imagine that it'll probably go mostly unnoticed on those platforms until a few months down the line when it's on sale.

Pretty good, yeah. Side scrolling brawler with ARPG style loot, beer brewing makes a fun stat boosting system, and there's good/bad ends with a pretty sweet ass final boss on the good end.
Obviously it's one of those games that's more fun with friends, but I enjoyed solo too. Bottom line probably being that if Dishwasher but as a band sounds appealing to you, you'd like it.
I have yet to play Trillion but it's probably still better than SK

Wait for more impressions and look up Idea Factory's videos on YouTube to see if you'll like Trillion. It's a raising simulator/rouge-like. It's looks like it's really easy outside of the main boss and the training part doesn't seem to be much. Here's hoping the characters are good.
