I'm on Paarl, Logarius and One Reborn and can't do any of them. Getting to One is the hardest bit. I've got there once and did 75% damage with no vials. Sure I can beat him but get battered by projectiles and die on the way.

Hit her head with a Bolt buffed weapon. Dodge through all of her attacks, when she does the lasers just strife to one side to avoid them. Summoning someone will just make it 2x as hard to hit her head and predicting her attacks.
Just fucking summon somebody, holy shit. Summoning is literally the easy mode for when you get stuck.
