I only played Dragonfall and Hong Kong, but sexuality was handled pretty well and I didn't really notice anything that seemed like pandering. Like the sexuality of two companions is just revealed in one piece of dialogue in Hong Kong and is never mentioned again. Games don't have romances though so that might be good or bad for you, I personally only cared for Dragonfall. Hong Kong is the overall better game in my opinion so if I were to get one, that'd be it.

It's more Cyberpunk than Fantasy, but the fantasy elements are still there.It's pretty cool in its own way and it's neat coming across a troll decked out in augmentations and taking down spirits with drones and a samurai.
