Serious Sam as a series has a metric fuckton of graphical settings. The HD re-releases run quite well, and some people are surprised at how they can get a good framerate on SS3.
The original DMC4 runs incredibly well on PC. I'm not sure if it's their NT framework or something.
ZSNES is coded in Assembly which is why some toasters could run some games well during its heyday, but it doesn't change the fact that it's a piece of shit for a while now.
