If you are using stock fans, I wouldn't suggest it.
Try disabling the overclock, and see how it goes.
Also my i5 is 4th gen, what gen is your cpu? the first gen is so slow now.

Well I also suck at overclocking, so can't help you there.
I don't like OC myself because I once hurt my system making a dual core 2.7ghz get damaged and only run at 2.2 ghz from then on, never again.

i dont hear any other people complaining on the forums so im kinda confused. My CPU isnt the best but it should be able to run it, right? And a gtx780 getting this hot doesnt make any sense. Or can a slow cpu make a gpu get hotter? if that other guy can run it fine with a 750ti i wonder why a 780 struggles and gets this hot

It was not as loud, I assume if I keep it running it will reach close to 70 based on level of loudness reached when I was playing for about an hour earlier.
I was in a small park I was working on.
Between this game, OpenRCT2, Parkitect, and hopefully RCTW I can say that this year is looking fucking cash for me

i had a park with 3000 guests yesterday (I put all 13 flatrides and 2 coasters and all stalls) and my FPS was dropping to fucking 18fps. EIGHTEEN FRAMES PER SECOND. While still runing 75C temps
its good to know that it isnt my PC then. but it makes me wonder why not more people complain about this shit on the forums. Our pc's are pretty good, so you would expect everyone running into issues. Or those people just dont notice their PC's running hot or the frames drop, that could be too

Did you pirate it? It could very well be that our version is pré patch so maybe thats why we are running into these issues.
