Minish Cap is my favorite one, it's criminally underrated.
It's my favourite 2D Zelda, with bar-none the best spritework/animations, prerendered backgrounds and gameplay of any prior.

Even though YTP made those two games rather famous, everyone either pretends Zelda's Adventure doesn't exist or they don't even know about it in the first place. Probably because while Faces of Evil and Wand of Gamelon were so bad it's good, Zelda's Adventure was just completely uninteresting.
