You've got to go for ecstasy shots for higher score. Each girl has a different weakpoint so you can't just aim for the head.
Move the cross hair around their bodies until you hear the sound effect and see the visual cue, their weakpoint can be many places: thighs, stomach, shoulder, behind the knee etc.
