When you're playing Rafaam, if he purposefully doesn't play shit like creepers, you can try fucking up his graveyard plans by turning his minions into garbage. The pit snake transformation and the 5 mana Naga person do a good job.
If you're playing Kel, remember to use the "Thanks" emote when Rafaam plays Tomb Pillager.

The idea with those cards is draw Renounce Darkness as quickly as possible, that's why I chose all of those draw cards. Ideally you'd want to have Renounce Darkness in your opening hand
The deck does sound totally luck-based and I'm sure I'm going to get dicked with garbage cards most of the time, but they will cost 1 less so maybe I could do some awesome stuff.
Unfortunately, it doesn't replace your deck entirely with different cards, so all of those draw cards are going to be pretty trashy after you've acquired Renounce Darkness. So perhaps consider using less draw cards in favor of more warlock cards, but you'll be hurting your consistency in finding Renounce Darkness the more draw cards you remove.

You should have an answer most of the time. I have like a 75% win rate as rafaam.
With the pit snake transform, 5 mana naga, entomb and possible transform spells from conjurer/djinni, you have plenty of answers for Heigan and Gothik. Half of the time Kel doesn't even have either of them by turn 4 even with a full mulligan, and even if he does, waiting a few turns to draw a counter doesn't kill you.

Playing a basic deck at rank 20 is fun for someone who isnt fluent with the game.
It isnt fun for you, because you are very aware of the game, and know it enough to see that isnt as fulfilling as legendary rank play.
As a new player at no point did I feel bad that I am a low rank, or that I dont have access to X or Y card. I tried to build a good deck with what cards I had, I changed my deck after every loss to try to improve it, I tested every new card I unlocked to see how I can make it work.
In fact thats the most fun I had in Hearthstone, before I had all cards and played netdecks against other netdecks.

The idea is to turn to Ragnaros while having ice blocks and frost armors in hand and in play.
Should give you 3-5 turns of having access to the bitching hero power, and you win with that.

it's a hard but fun win. You play the mage creatures that cheapen your hero power and let you use the hero power any number of times, and become Rag to spam the 8 random damage hero power. It's not fast, risky, takes a lot of prep, but it's a stylish way to win. It's more likely to happen than a Golden Monkey win.

this might be harmful to your ego/earning potential, but Hearthstone runs with no slowdown or lag on CURRENT YEAR devices. It runs fine on iPad2 if you have good wireless connection and have a clean cache. You're either a child running your memory into the ground or trying to play on a toaster.
