all I'm saying is that I've heard from multiple sources that 全良 on handhelds is harder than with a tatacon. I personally think it's because of the lack of rebound which is vital for consistency (if anyone tells you 3DS is "like arcade," they're full of shit), but then again, there are a lot of impressive videos of people getting close
