The entire appeal of wario ware is the creative and wacky designs the creators came up with, the gameplay itself is as basic as it gets.
Spending hours making a game that lasts 4 seconds sounds like the most boring thing imaginable.

Wasn't that game released at the very end of the DS's lifecycle? I think I remember dropping it as soon as I heard about the 3DS. I had some fun though and there were some famous japanese game makers that posted their creations.
