Okay, that one I did get once and have seen quite a bit. Personally I don't care about score though, so that's probably why I didn't remember it.
I'm satisfied with the content they have provided to me on just the first week.
With that said, I'd be lying to you if I said I haven't been looking every day into the Hitman website to see if they announce that Elusive Target. I'm hype as fuck, famtopia.

I'm not sure if this is a glitch or not. It only happens to me when I get 210,000 points for a mission (the maximum amount), and when you consider the fact that you're scored on time I have to wonder if getting that time just means that you where fast enough to earn the highest possible score.

The devs acknowledged it saying that there were too many 210 000 scores. So I'm pretty sure that it's a bug.

Challenges are very glitchy, too often they don't count as completed. Scripts break if you save at the wrong time, Viktor might end up standing backstage forever instead of going on stage.

The challenges thing is definitely a real bug that has been reported by a dozen people both in here and in the official forums. It most certainly has something to do with saving and loading, which is why I personally never experienced any challenge problems because I always restarted from the beginning when I failed.
Saves don't break scripts, they delay them. Although I have seen some scripts sometimes break themselves even with no saving or loading involved, which was curious. It was rare and it's bound to happen in a level full of shit happening like Paris, but it was interesting.
The scoring system bug exists, but honestly, who gives a fuck? Who plays Hitman for fucking leaderboards? All that matters is if you got all those bonuses, none of the penalties and them five starsor ICA symbols, as it may be.

It's not always related to saving, sometimes they just won't become completed. Or they display after mission but remain uncompleted in the list. Or suddenly appear as completed even if you never did them. Consider yourself lucky if you've never had a problem with them.
