There was a Gamestop bundle that included both Majora's Mask edition N3DSXL and the game itself, but it was even more limited than the already-limited Majora's Mask N3DSXL standalone and thus got snapped up really quickly.
There was also the Monster Hunter edition, which came with a preloaded digital copy of MH4U.
