Also new horse controls also suck, and the new textures are good but not stellar and only really serve to highlight how blocky and angular everything is. It is "the definitive version" because its at 1080p so it isn't unplayable on modern TV sets and also Wii U inventory management and little extras (like one-button-press transformation) but its not really that much better than the original in any noticeable way.

I don't know what you hope to accomplish with that when the image is right fucking there for everyone to see and I linked it for reference and convenience. The HD version is much sharper and clearer. I can make out bark on the tree to the right of Ilia's head

People complain about bloom when it's so excessive that details become lost in the lighting. That shot is very well lit and all details are perfectly visible. There's even a bit of stitching on the brighter part Ilia's shirt next to her right arm that's washed out by the bloom in the emulated version, that you can see quite clearly on the HD version. So, as I said, other than Ilia's face looking off, everything else looks better.

Yes, if only because Hero Mode with the Ganondorf amiibo is about how difficult TP should've been from the beginning. The original's fucked damage outputs notwithstanding, there's changes but few of them are substantial enough to really matter. Still, they fixed my number one issue with the game so fuck it, it's good.

Even the original game-cube copy's aren't cheap used.
All of the remakes were good, some more than others. WWHD was probably the best overall, because WW was the best 3D game and didn't really need much improvement graphically. The additions in it were much appreciated, but it really wasn't necessary to begin with, besides maybe updating the models' poly counts and make the rigs more modern.
