It's just screen space reflection. But I don't think the original had those, so I believe this is the mobile port. It makes sense that a lazy mobile cashgrab would have this kind of a mistake.

It's easy with a controller but m&kb is impossible. I've pressed every possible combination of buttons together but all I can do is up/down, left/right, and turn. There's no forward/backward.
