That sell off was actually an attempt to scam a Russian financier into paying off Hogan if they lost. Their contract even states they'd have to go through Columbus Nova for any deal that involved the company being sold for more than $100m, just so conveniently exactly what Hogan was suing for.
Also the video touches on their Cayman Island branch, their attempted hiding of a self-lending shell company subsidiary in England, etc.
