But they can't. Microsoft have said they need to improve but as of yet this can't be done. They also have vsync forced on and will only work with xinput controllers, no overlays work etc

Not that anon, and I don't even own any Sony products newer than my ps2, but I hear complaints about Windows 10 not running programs all the time. It's usually indie shit or older games, but that's still pretty valid. On top of that they pretty much do have full control over your machine.
