Depends on the game, and can vary really heavily. For example Mario Kart 8 and Pikmin 3 are less than 5GB each, but Sm4sh is over 15GB by itself (no DLC) and Xenoblade Chronicles X is like 23GB or some shit.
Basically Nintendo was retarded to use such a limited amount of flash memory instead of a decent-sized hard drive if they wanted to push digital, which they clearly do.
