Strength builds are boring, I want to go fast. Int builds are dumb, I need a Hex blast.
I'm a Dex/Hex user, nothing you can do; if you invade me I'll put some dark in you.
I think all builds are pretty cool, to be honest.
I personally always go quality build first so I can experience the vast majority of weapons.

I went Hex in DS2 recently, but I don't even use Hex attacks

The funnest way to use caster tools is to expand your Melee/Ranged tools imo. The Dark Berserker being one of the funner builds that fallow this idea I've had the pleasure of using.
