Wasn't talking about music playback at all, because that's kind of hard to fuck up.
It's the video playback that's really fucked, fast forwarding has a tendency to make sound desync, it often will be picky about files it can play despite it being a filetype it can run and they took away little things for no reason like being able to skip by intervals or even fast forward in multiple speeds, making getting to exactly where you want in a video a huge pain.
