Honestly, I'm perfectly fine with having the graphics my own R9 290 can output for years to come. Battlefront looks and runs very well for me. I'm actually pretty fine with even GameCube level graphics @ 1080p + antialiasing. I'm not a sucker for graphics, and the release year, and name of the GPU line "Navi" makes me feel like that is the right time for an upgrade for me. Unless of course my GPU dies before then.

An R9 290 is already a huge jump over the PS4. I think I'll be OK for a long time. The jump from a GTX 760 to a higher end Polaris card seems like an alright idea if graphics are your thing.
