The tournament they ahd here in japan was fucking awesome. Even some dudes from /fgg/ participated.
The winning team had a a Lilith player that cleaned the floor with the entire opposing team.

I remember how online died in a month and even though everyone went "Oh I can just play it on GGPO" barely anyone plays it on there.
And lets be real here, if DS4 did come back, everyone would start screaming about how it wouldn't be like their precious 2D sprites anymore using SF4 and 5 as proof, even though there's nothing that says they need to have the same art style or that the models need to look like something out of SF5.
On top of that we'd just get shit like "Ono and DIMPS? No thanks, they'll ruin it" "It'll be like SF5 where there's no arcade mode!"

I think DIMPS is a shitty developer personally but whatever. That said, this might sound crazy but I feel as ifBlazBlue, particularly CP onwardis the closest thing to a modern day Vampire Savior there is.

Saturn is the best version because it's like the arcade but it has Donovan, Pyron and Huitzil, and no VH2/VS2 shenanigans.
I think the PS2 version is also good but I'm not sure if you can have all the characters on Savior, and I've read it has some input lag issues. Haven't tried it.
